Ardantane Teen Retreat
 
We've got an exciting new addition to the schedule.  Here's  particulars:

Ardantane Teen Retreat
July 18th-20th
Ardantane Pagan Learning Center
 
The Ardantane Teen Retreat will offer a profound opportunity for the  teens 
of our community to experience a mindful connection with nature, various  Pagan 
paths, and themselves.
We will be exploring how to live our lives  with kindness and diversity. 
Various mentors will be conducting workshops on  drum making, outdoor survival, 
magick, and lots of other activities. Enjoy a  weekend in the wonderful Jemez 
Mountains on the campus of Ardantane Pagan  Learning Center. 

This retreat is a 'don't miss!' for any teen interested in experiencing  
Paganism and mindfulness practices, truthful/heartfelt communication,  wonderful 
mentors, safe community, great food, and a time to relax and meet  new friends!

Sample of workshops:
Drum making ( will be an extra charge )
Dream catchers
Survival workshop, Otis Price ( 10:00 a.m., Sunday )
Care and feeding of your drum
Hikes
Intro into Paganism
Intro into Shamanism
Intro into the Norse paths
Intro into Wicca
Wand making 
Trust building 
Poi Spinning ( basics, only mentors will light up)
Drumming circle
Pirate party ( costumes are encouraged!)
We will also be building something on the land that will be there for  years 
to come.

Accommodations:
This will be a camping retreat. So please bring camping gear, tents,  
sleeping bags, etc. Be prepared for weather in the Jemez in July, hot in the  daytime 
and mild at night. 
Sunscreen is a must!


Costs:

$100 (or $75 for each additional kid) if received by June 30.
$125 (or  $100 for each additional kid) if received by July  14.
