Aaarrrgh, mates! It'll be a grand occasion for them as follow the sea (and them who just want to play at buccaneering)!

Saturday, October 13, from 6 pm to 11 pm, at the Dome at Ardantane (south of Jemez Springs). We be celebratin' the enclosure of the Dome, and raising booty ter pay fer the portholes and hatches (windows and doors) on the Tavern... Dome... whatever.

Admission 13 dollars. No one under 18 admitted, and 18-20-year-olds must keep out of the rum and beer.

PLEASE CAR POOL if possible... Ardantane has lots of acreage but limited parking spaces.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON BEVERAGES
1.? There will be a cash bar. Beer, rum drinks, soft drinks, and coffee. Do not bring your own bottle UNLESS you want to donate it to the bar... which will gratefully accept your donation!
2. As a matter of fact, we're looking for some generous person(s) to donate a couple large bottles of run (Captain Morgan's Spiced, and plain rum, and flavored rums like pineapple or coconut). Conact Amber (AmberK1 at aol.com) if you can supply some beverages.
3. Please have a designated driver for your vehicle. Designated (non-drinking) drivers will get free sodas all evening.
4. Alternatively, contact us if you would like to stay overnight. We have limited beds and?will happily put up anyone who has had their tot of rum and prefers not to drive home afterwards.
5. Be aware that we?will ask for your car keys if you drink and show signs of wanting to drive home while impaired. We want everyone to have fun, but more important, we want everyone safe.

ACTIVITIES GALORE!?Besides salty music, drinks both soft and hard, and pizza and snacks, there will be a Pirate Fashion Show... Pirate Flag Design Contest... Pirate Trivia Contest... Buccaneer Divination readings... a Swahbuckling Contest... attempts to teach the Hornpipe (sailors' dance)... and much more. Piratical prizes for the contests! Choose a pirate name for the evening, or we'll give you a salty one when you arrive.

BRING YER BOOTY. Ye will need it for admission, the bar, and the pizza. Cash or checks okay. If ye want to write an extra check to Ardantane fer windows and doors, we thank ye kindly, and it's tax-deductible.

Anchors aweigh, cast off the bollards, and make sail fer Tortuga. We'll clap eyes on ye at the Pirate Party!
