[Ardantane Herald] Can You Help Saturday at Ardantane and Los Alamos?

ARDANTANE HERALD
 
This coming Saturday, March 17, Ardantane volunteers will be moving furniture from a Los Alamos storage unit to the campus. Do you have a truck or roomy vehicle, and can you help?
 
We will meet at Ardantane at 9:00 am sharp. Caravan to Los Alamos, arriving about 10:15, empty the storage unit (or as much as possible), and return to Ardantane to unload. We should be done by 1:00.
 
If you live in or near Los Alamos, you could meet us there at about 10:15.
 
The storage unit holds furniture inherited by Azrael, which will furnish a couple of the student/guest cottages at Ardantane; also books for the Ardantane library and other miscellanea. We are moving it to storage in Cattail Cottage at Ardantane, to save the monthly rental fees in Los Alamos. When the Dome is finished, most of the stuff will move out of Cattail and it will become a student/guest cottage.

BLESSED BEAVERS ACCOMPLISH WONDERS! This past Saturday, a dozen determined Blessed Beavers gathered at Ardantane and tackled a BUNCH of projects! They dismantled and organized the Sandwich Shop (panel-making tent, damaged by heavy snow this winter). They built sandwiches/panels and installed them on the Dome. They painted Cattail Cottage. They erected the walls for Kitschwitch Cottage. They cleaned up the campus. So much is happening, on so many fronts, that all we can say is: BEAVERS ROCK!!!! Thank you all!
