Are you thinking about starting a certificate program at Ardantane? All
programs require a basic ethics class, offered just once a year. This year's
offering is sponsored by the School of Pagan Leadership and will be held on
Sat-Sun Jul 21-22 at Ardantane. It fulfills the ethics class requirement no
matter which certificate you are taking.

Registration instructions are below.

NOTE from Rowan:

Certificate program or not, this is a terrific, fun class. You are sure to
enjoy spending the weekend discussing various philosophical dilemmas with
like minded folks.

I understand that ten panels were assembled on July 11. Let's make this the
year we finish the Dome--Ardantane's first major classroom and multipurpose
building! Please come help!

July Beaver days!

Wednesday, July 18
Sunday, July 22
Wednesday, July 25

We'll get started at 8:00 am (you can arrive later if you need to) and work
as long as feels good. Free cold beverages and lunch, and $35 in Beaver Bucks
for those who work 6 hours.

Ladder teams will be trimming and taping seams, and high teams will be
putting on the rubberized roofing compound and installing more panels.

Only 25 panels (less the ten assembled on the 11th, which could well have
been installed on the 14th!) to fill on the present level, and then we'll be
down to the final level and installing the windows, doors, and final panels!

Fundraising
Got an idea for a fundraising event, such as a garage sale, car cleaning,
bake sale? Contact _publicity at ardantane.org_ (mailto:publicity at ardantane.org)
, and we'll advertise it here. (see above for an example)
Right now the bank owns most of Ardantane's land: 25 acres in the gorgeous
Red Rocks area of northern New Mexico’s Jemez Mountains, with National Forest
on two sides.
By raising $120,000 we can pay off the bank mortgage and save about $60,000
in interest over the next few years. Once we buy out the remaining staff
shares (interest-free!), then the whole thing will belong to Ardantane, Inc. –
and to all of us in the Pagan community, and to our children, and our
descendants.
