Please feel free to pass the information in the Ardantane Herald to anyone
who might be interested. New Information in red.
The new newsgroup is ready for use! This is our first newsletter after
solving some sticky administrative issues which meant we had to switch servers
once again to get the kind of service we need. Our Webspirit, Chris Echohawk,
has been working this issue very carefully, and deserves a huge vote of
thanks for all his hard work.

DECEMBER CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Sat-Sun Dec 2-3: Group Dynamics in Paganism, Amber, Azrael
You’ve worked hard for the Pagan community. Why not reward yourself this
fall with a weekend in the beautiful Jemez Mountains, learning, socializing, and
relaxing with other friendly Pagan elders?
The Group Dynamics Intensive is for you, if you hold a leadership role in a
group, if you have ever wanted to be a group leader, or if you want to thrive
as a member within a group. It is a chance for you to meet with other
experienced Elders and share concerns and solutions. The intensive is highly
recommended for Pagan Elders who have not had any formal training in Group Dynamics
and Group Process. The program will:
· Provide tools you can use to make your own group stronger and more
effective.
· Fill gaps in your own formal training on group facilitation and
group dynamics.
· Give you techniques for fostering love and trust in your group.
· Offer strategies and tactics for dealing with challenging members
and problem situations.
· Provide a forum where you can discuss group issues with other
Pagan elders and leaders, in a confidential and supportive environment.
Amber K is the author of Covencraft, True Magick, and other books on magick
and Paganism; she has been a Wiccan priestess for 25 years, was First
National Officer of Covenant of the Goddess for three terms, and is nationally
known as a Craft teacher.
Azrael Arynn K is a priestess of the third degree in the Ladywood Tradition
of Wicca, and co-author of Heart of Tarot, Candlemas, and Ritualcraft, as
well as a costume designer and ritualist.
