Hi Everyone,
     This is the inaugeral posting for the Ardantane Herald, replacing the Ardantane yahoo group list that you have been subscribed to.
     Unlike the old Yahoo list, this is an announcement-only list, designed to share information about Ardantane programs, but not for discussion. Only a couple of people have authority to send messages on this one, and we will be sparing so that your attention and your e-mailbox are not burdened.
     We will have forums for discussion set up very soon, and you will be invited to join as many or few as you wish. There will be one for each school at Ardantane: Healing Arts, Magickal Arts, Pagan Leadership, Shamanic Studies, and Witchcraft. Some schools will have more than one forum, for special interests within that program.
     PLUS there will be an Ardantane "Common Room" list, for anyone who would just like to chat on any topic with other folks. The only common denominator here will be interest or participation in Ardantane.This list will enforce all the usual rules of civility, but subjects of discussion will not be limited, as they were on the original list.
     More details on all the forums soon!
     Many thanks to Webspirit Chris for mastering and using all the arcane cyberlore necessary to set up our new system. Had it been left to me, we might be communicating with messages stuffed into bottles and tossed into the sea... a difficult proposition here in New Mexico.
     In the meantime, have a lovely November, an excellent Thanksgiving, and much joy.
