Imagine yourself in the Gryffindor Common Room at Hogwarts, on a chill December day as snowflakes drift from the gray skies outside. Indoors, you lounge in front of the fireplace, warm and cozy, as you sip a cup of cocoa and chat with your fellow students. The conversation wanders from magick to animal companions to the ancient history of the Craft, and you wouldn't mind just snuggling in for the winter, right here....
 
Well, you can come close! The Ardantane Forum is now up and running! Join the "Ardantane Village Forum" for discussion and socializing in one of the many locations within the Village. Go to "http://ardantane.org/forum" in your browser and begin by signing up for a membership account. Then enjoy some lively Pagan discussion!
 
Each of the schools within Ardantane has its own forum, with names like the Shaman's Cave and the Witches' Circle--plus there is a Beavers Lodge for those interested in the Blessed Beavers. Each forum/village location has a Moderator, usually the Dean of that school.
 
AND there is a Common Room for general discussion by anyone connected with, or interested in, Ardantane. The Common Room has two moderators as well, and is open to general discussion on any topic. As long as its friendly and respectful, and you're not just there to sell something, you can pretty much chat at will.
 
As you may know, THIS list -- The Ardantane Herald -- is now an announcement-only list, with one purpose: to get information on Ardantane plans and programs to you.
 
The forums, in contrast, are multi-party conversations for anyone who wants to chime in. Join as few or as many as you wish, and enjoy this new feature. Many thanks to our WebSpirit Chris, for daring the realms of Cyberspace and creating the Ardantane Village Forum for all of us.
